Refund & Return Policy

    1. Returns & Exchange Policy

    • The buyer may return the item within 14 days from the date of the order for a refund or replacement for any reason, including changing their mind. However, after 14 days, all purchases will be regarded as satisfactory, and no refund or exchange will be offered.
    • All returns must be in their original condition and packaging and must not have been modified, altered or tampered with. The product cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation, as we are not responsible for installation errors. If parts are proven to be faulty, our maximum liability is to refund the price of the product, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses or towing expenses.
    • An order confirmation will be sent after payment. Please contact us quickly if you have placed your order mistakenly. There will be no fees for returns if the order has not yet been packed (usually within a few hours).

    2. Return Procedure

    • To return the item you purchased, please contact us via sales@autunik.co.uk for the return procedure. The return address and related details will be provided by email. No return will be accepted if the buyer has not contacted us before returning the item.
    • Upon receipt of the returned item, supported by valid return tracking, within three workdays, we will fully examine it and notify the buyer via email whether they are entitled to a return.
    • If the buyer is entitled to a return, we will refund the purchase price within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on the policies and procedures of each financial institution.
    • To follow up on the status of your return, please contact us via sales@autunik.co.uk.
    • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to the hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Exchanges will be subject to the actual situation and the stock level.

    3. Return Shipping Cost

    • The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for whatever reasons including changing of mind, wrong item purchased, warranty claims, item quality issues or damaged in transit.
    • Our company will be responsible for return shipping cost ONLY if we pack and send the incorrect item as per your order.

    4. Exceptions 

    For some items, owing to the hand-polish, finishing or risk of damage during delivery, we do not accept any returns with the reason of imperfection or quality-related claim.  These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

    • Carbon fiber items 
    • Painted mirror covers
    • Painted spoiler
    • Diffuser
