Shipping Policy

• Free UK delivery from 0kg to 4.99kg.  
• Free delivery services are not available for orders over 4.99kg or to other countries; out of postcodes in the UK.
• We ship from locations within the European Union.
• Handling time: the purchased items are sent within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
• For the item over 4.99kg, will be regarded as oversized, unfortunately, there is no free delivery available for these items.
• Delivery Time: The majority of orders will be fulfilled within 5-8 working days. The choice of courier, such as DHL, GLS, or DPD (with tracking), will depend on the size of the item.
• Tracking information will be sent automatically to your email after the order has been shipped. You can check the tracking status on the corresponding courier's website.
